This week I was trying to hurry up and make something quick while Baby L was finishing up some leftover vegetable medley with daddy. I had some strawberries, a banana, and yogurt on hand. What does that mean? You guessed it! Strawberry Banana Yogurt (yes I came up with that title all by myself)!

I threw about 6 medium sized strawberries, 1 very tired banana, and about 3 tbsp. of plain yogurt in my Ninja blender and blended until smooth.
My impromptu recipe made about 4-2 ounce servings of yogurty goodness. I set one serving aside to feed to Baby L (he was getting a little impatient at this point), and divided up the remainder into my Kiddo Feedo tray and popped it into the freezer.
I let it freeze overnight and then transfer to a freezer bag for storage. Homemade baby food can last for up to 3 months in the freezer but it’s best to try and use within a month. Let thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
