Like so many of you mamas out there, I had to return to work after I had my son, but I also wanted to continue to provide breast milk for him as well. What can I do with my “expired” breast milk besides dump it?
If you are a pumping mommy (like myself) then there will come a time where you will have some breast milk that your little one cannot drink. Either it's been in the freezer too long, it smells off, or (the most common issue in my experience) your care provider has not used the oldest milk first!
